Punycode converter
Enter domains, one per line. The direction is detected automatically: xn-- labels are decoded, everything else is encoded.
Punycode (RFC 3492) encodes internationalized domain names (IDN) using only Latin letters, digits and hyphens so that they work in DNS. Such labels start with the xn-- prefix. For example, the domain «пример.рф» is stored in DNS as xn--e1afmkfd.xn--p1ai.
The converter processes every domain label separately and lowercases the characters. The punycode form is needed when configuring DNS, certificates and mail servers, while browsers usually display the original spelling.
