Password generator
Passwords are produced by the browser's cryptographic generator and never leave your device.
A strong password is long and random. Length matters more than complexity: 16 random characters with mixed-case letters and digits take longer to brute-force than a short password with symbols. Use at least 12–16 characters for accounts and 20 or more for keys and master passwords.
Entropy shows how many bits of randomness a password contains: 60 bits is enough for most services, 80 and above for critical ones. Never reuse a password on several sites, and keep them in a password manager.
